Richard Ford is a God-called and seasoned Pastor, who along with his wife, Tena, have pastored Family Worship Center in Stafford, Texas since 1980.  His heart stirring messages are changing the lives of many each day.  Those that know him have said; he has the obedience of Abraham, the spirit of Joseph, the faithfulness of Paul, the submission of Timothy, the power of the Holy Ghost, and the compassion of Jesus, as he reaches out to the world.

He preaches the Word of God with a "Holy Ghost Fire" that tranforms its hearers forever.  He's Hell's greatest nightmare, yet, the father-like compassion of Christ is imparted from him to men, women, and children during their most desperate time of need.

Pastor Ford's heart's desire is to train and to equip members of the Body of Christ to become all that God purposes for them to be.  His heart to win the lost is evident in his sermons and also in his calling to the foreign soils of the world where he has preached to the multitudes.

Tena Ford is a forerunner and pacesetter in the body of Christ.

She began her pulpit ministry when it was not popular for women to preach. The late, great Dr. Daisy Osborn endorsed Tena and her ministry when she said, "You are a daughter of destiny. It is for such a time as this that you have been birthed into the kingdom."

As she steps into pulpits across the United States and around the world, she calls men and women to step up to the plate and discover their destiny and fulfill their purpose in life.

She hosts a yearly "Destiny Conference" for the entire body of Christ as well as hosting special meetings for ladies, Pastors, and full time ministers at her church, Family Worship Center in Stafford, Texas. She also assists her husband, Pastor Richard Ford.

Souls are saved, sick bodies are healed and lives are transformed as Tena ministers. Tena truly is a "Daughter of Destiny".
